Come dance with us as we explore the Sefirot in our bodies and in our lives. There are no steps to learn, no experience needed. We dance whatever our bodies want to express, rather than prescribed steps, to deepen our embodied experience of these qualities, to access our inner knowing and expression, to connect with one another, to find inner balance and to have fun!

Join us for a 5 day retreat at the Isabella Freedman Retreat Center in Northwestern Connecticut-- a lakeside, Berkshire mountain setting. Together, through the study of Jewish wisdom and the practice of Yoga, we will reveal and illuminate the Torah within our body, mind, heart and soul. Step away from the rhythm of everyday life, as we create an “island in time”, moving joyfully into our “Torah of Life.”
All are welcome. No previous experience in Yoga practice or Torah study is necessary to participate or enjoy!
