Rosh Hodesh/New Moon Women’s Dance Circles

Deepen your personal embodied spiritual practice in community with our small committed Rosh Hodesh group. We dive deep into a specific theme each month, and with a carefully curated soundscape, conscious free form dance, art, song, and writing, we find inspiration and support for our day-to-day lives. Our Committed 10-Month group meets In-Studio in Berkeley, California from Tishrei /Sept. 2026 to Sivan /June 2027.

Yoga for Renewal | September 18, 2026

Prepare for the Jewish New Year with intention, breath and embodied renewal. This all-levels in-person workshop offers an introduction to grounding Iyengar-based yoga practice rooted in Jewish mystical teachings. Together, we’ll explore themes of release, reflection and return through mindful movement and spiritual inquiry. Offered in partnership with JCCSF.

A Free Offering for the High Holy Days

As we enter the High Holy Day season, I invite you to experience teshuvah through the wisdom of your body.

In this complimentary yoga practice, we’ll explore the dance between distinction and wholeness: honoring our individual selves while remembering that we are always part of something larger.

Through movement, breath, Jewish wisdom, and embodied awareness, may this practice offer you space to listen inwardly, reconnect with what matters, and enter the New Year with greater presence and intention.

My High Holy Days gift to you.
