Yoga for Passover: Finding Our Ground

2-3:30 PM PST

Integrate mind, body, heart and spirit via a gentle Iyengar-based yoga and movement practice rooted in Jewish mystical teachings.

It is said that when the Israelites entered the Red Sea, they went ‘b’toch ha’yam bayabasha’ - ‘into the sea on dry land’. Experience and embody ways to find ground in this gentle Iyengar-based practice as a resource for feeling our steadiness in the current oceans of tumult, uncertainty and change.

Co-Sponsored by 4th Street Yoga, Congregation Netivot Shalom, Kehilla Community Synagogue, Shalem: the PJCC’s Jewish Wellness Initiative, Oshman Family JCC and Addison Penzak JCC.
