In this session, we will explore your brand within a frame of embodied Jewish wisdom. Through meditation, movement, and journaling, you will gain greater clarity about your brand of embodied Jewish wisdom, and begin to articulate your brand more authentically to share your good work in the world.

Cheryl Sylvester brings more than 30 years experience helping brands to share their gifts and good work, including in the Jewish community with Holy Blossom Temple, the Reform Jewish Community of

Canada, The Leo Baeck Day School. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, she coaches leaders to gain clarity and lead themselves and their teams beyond.  Cheryl’s wholebeing practice includes mind, body and spirit work through coaching, leading Jewish meditations and yoga. An emerging yoga teacher, Cheryl is currently in certification training with Esther Myers Yoga Studio, and a student of Jewish Studies at York University in Toronto. Cheryl and her husband live nearby the beautiful shore of Georgian Bay, Ontario.
