Confidence is a tricky thing and a critical part of building your business. During the workshop Michael will confront and reframe common assumptions about confidence, share important truths about how to develop confidence in yourself and provide a path to a type of confidence you don’t have to work for, a confidence that's deep down, unshakable and effortless.

Michael Tertes is a coach, mentor, and thought partner to values driven leaders, innovators and visionaries across the country. He's the founder of the University of Superheroes and developer of the Superhero Leadership Program. His clients have been highly successful yet find themselves wondering, “Is this it?” He works with them to discover and unleash their unique gifts and align more fully with their values to live more purposeful, impactful and fulfilling lives. Michael is part Dr. Xavier from the X-Men who knows what you must go through to discover and master your gifts, part Yoda in that he sees The Force in you even when you doubt yourself, and part Karate Kid’s Mr. Miyagi because he’ll make you do crazy stuff you don’t understand that will make sense in the end.
