EJW Network Community Gathering: Kislev

EJW Network Community Gathering: Kislev

Tending to our Hearts with Julie Emden

Thursday, November 20, 2025
4pm PST | 7pm EST [90 mins]

Come as you are, from wherever you are, for an opportunity for us connect and to get to know each other better. Join us for a laid-back gathering on Zoom to be with one another and delve into topics brought forth by the community. Members of the collective will guide these sessions. We will intentionally include more time for connection, conversation, networking and reflection than in the extended practices meetings.

EJW Community Gatherings are offered to members of the Embodied Jewish Wisdom Network. Become a member to attend these events live, or to view after, and connect with our Jewish embodiment community!

Each meeting, different members of our collective guide us in creative, connective Jewish movement & embodied text study experiences. Embodiment modalities include Alexander Technique, Authentic Movement, Body-Mind Centering, Chanting, Dance, Embodied Mindfulness, Qi Gong, Yoga and more! Recordings are made available within one week of each event.

This month our focus will be loving and tending to our hearts, and the important role that doing this plays in our practice and teaching. Please bring a journal, art materials if you'd like, and clear a space for gentle movement.
