Join us for Embodied Jewish Learning’s Restorative Yoga Session at Becoming: Becoming: A Virtual Tikkun Leil Shavuot Experience, an online gathering featuring a rich variety of lectures, workshops, hands-on experiences and musical performances. The first series of sessions will be offered during the "Night Shift" on Saturday, May 30, and will continue with a "Day Shift" the morning of Sunday, May 31.
Create spaciousness in your being for receiving Torah this evening and enjoy a gentle restorative yoga session infused with teachings from Rabbi Yehudah Aryeh Leib Alter (The Sefat Emet) about emptying like the desert and not knowing.
This session is experiential. Please set up a clear space in your home and wear loose, comfortable clothing in which you can easily move. Bring blankets!

More about SHALEM:
OFJCC is proud to feature, among the many fabulous content opportunities of this year's Tikkun, a full SHALEM track! SHALEM was created as a collaboration between the PJCC, Embodied Jewish Learning, APJCC and the OFJCC.
SHALEM offers wellness programs infused with Jewish wisdom, utilizing both ancient and modern Jewish teachings and practices to support us in living flourishing, resourced, integrated, resilient lives with a joyful sense of balance and well-being. When we engage in practices to enhance our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being we are shalem: whole in body, heart mind and spirit.
