We will gather in community at the start of each season and engage in movement & stillness practices, art, writing, and reflection to tap into the wisdom of nature and Judaism to hold us in time and prepare and ground ourselves for the season ahead.

Join us for a 5 day retreat at the Isabella Freedman Retreat Center in Northwestern Connecticut-- a lakeside, Berkshire mountain setting. Together, through the study of Jewish wisdom and the practice of Yoga, we will reveal and illuminate the Torah within our body, mind, heart and soul. Step away from the rhythm of everyday life, as we create an “island in time”, moving joyfully into our “Torah of Life.”
All are welcome. No previous experience in Yoga practice or Torah study is necessary to participate or enjoy!
