The month of Elul is a time for focusing inward and drawing nearer to our essence. Join us for this 5-week series as we release old patterns and return to the most aligned, resourced and connected aspects of our true nature on all levels of being- mind, heart, body and soul.
We gather in community at the start of each season and engage in movement & stillness practices, art, writing, and reflection to tap into the wisdom of nature and Judaism to hold us in time and prepare and ground ourselves for the season ahead.

Wear comfortable loose clothing in which you can easily move. All are welcome!
