Replay of the 2025 Embodied Teshuvah 5 class series

The month of Elul is a time for focusing inward and drawing nearer to our essence, on all levels of being. It is said that in the month of Elul we are closest to our own hearts and to the heart of the Divine.  

Join us as we release old patterns and return to the most aligned, resourced and connected aspects of our true nature on all levels of being- mind, heart, body and soul.  

Each week we will embody teachings on these qualities via movement and stillness — with gentle opening movements and then free form expression via a carefully curated theme-based music playlist. You can participate with as little or as much stillness, rest and/or movement as you desire throughout the entire class. We will end with time for integration, rest, writing, drawing and sharing our discoveries.

Week 1: Essence/Etzem (עֶצֶם)

Week 2:  Inwardness/Pnimiut (פְּנִימִיוּת)

Week 3: Surrender/ Bitul (בִּטּוּל)

Week 4:  Shevarim/Brokenness (שברים‎)

Week 5: Return/ Teshuvah (תשובה)
