Embodied Jewish Learning is thrilled to continue as a co-sponsor for the 35th Annual East Bay Tikkun: A Day of Learning on Shavuot.

Create spaciousness and a resting place in your being for all of the Torah you are receiving with a gentle restorative / resting yoga practice infused with teachings from Rabbi Yehudah Aryeh Leib Alter (The Sefat Emet) about emptying, the desert, wilderness, and not knowing. Blankets will be provided, please bring your own if you are inclined!
