What does it mean to celebrate Passover in the midst of a global pandemic? How might the consciousness of ‘lockdown’ plant seeds of liberation?
In this session, we’ll explore dance as a tool to liberate us within the narrow places. How might movement shift us out of our own personal mitzrayim (Egypt)? How do we become self-limiting, and how might we move our bodies to find more freedom within?
