Hear the ancient call of the Shofar inviting us to return to what is essential. Attune your body, mind, and spirit to the rhythms of nature with moderate hiking and yoga in a beautiful redwood forest. We’ll pause for yoga poses along the way, breathe the fresh air, and meditate in preparation for the High Holidays. Facilitated by Tracey & Scott (Shalom) Green.
Offered by Shalem, a program created by the Peninsula JCC and Embodied Jewish Learning to promote holistic wellness and well-being inspired by, and infused with, Jewish wisdom. Shalem is now sponsored by all Bay Area JCCs.
Tracey and Scott Green are long-time teachers of yoga, embodied practices, and meditation at the PJCC, and part of the Shalem faculty.
