Embodying the Sacred Sefirot: Embodied Jewish Learning At Tikkun Leyl Shavuot (IN PERSON)

Embodied Jewish Learning is thrilled to continue as a co-sponsor for the 34th Annual East Bay Tikkun: A Day of Learning on Shavuot.

Open to the wisdom of the Torah that is being revealed to you from within your being in this experiential movement and body-based journey through the Sacred Sefirot, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Explore and embody the qualities of the seven weeks leading up to Shavuot: Chesed (Lovingkindness), Gevurah (Strength), Tiferet (Balance), Netzach (Perseverance), Hod (Surrender), Yesod (Foundation), and Malchut (Physical Divinity).

This event will be held IN PERSON. Hosted by JCC East Bay, this year’s event will be located at the JCC and 3 additional local, outdoor, and COVID-safe locations: Congregation Beth El, Congregation Beth Israel, and Congregation Netivot Shalom. Each location will host outdoor classes during four 50-minute class blocks. Built into the middle of the study schedule is a 60-minute travel break to allow for switching venues.

This event is offered free/by donation.
