Advanced Learning Sessions Tuesdays/Thursdays
In these sessions we will spend time in movement and study with experienced teachers of embodiment in Jewish contexts from around the world. Movement modalities include Alexander Technique, Authentic Movement, Body-Mind Centering, Dance, Qi Gong, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga, and more! Each session is led by one or two instructors, and includes time for reflection and questions about class structure and methodology.
Community Gatherings
Mondays
In these gatherings, we’ll come together for embodied practice and to experience one another’s leadership; share teaching gems for the current season; & capture any new themes and methods that as leaders and guides we have found to be especially inspiring and useful for our students. Each session is led by a few members of the collective and includes time for being together in smaller groups to deepen our connection over time.
