Dear Embodied Jewish Learning Community,
The Hanukkah lights are holy. When we kindle the lights, we activate the ever-present, ever-renewing miracle of illumination in dark times. We reignite the light of the first day of creation. Every day we receive a point of illumination, a new opportunity to connect to the holiness within and in this world.
With full hearts, we pray that we can remember the positive impact that our actions may have. With our whole beings, may we awaken, uplift and shine forth these holy sparks for our world.
We invite you to enjoy this short audio or extended embodied practice below.
With Love,
Julie & the EJL Team

Additional class themes are:
The Resting Place / Menucha / מנוחה
The Hidden Light / Or Haganuz / אור הגנוז
