The month of Elul is a time for focusing inward and drawing nearer to our essence, on all levels of being. It is said that in the month of Elul we are closest to our own hearts and to the heart of the Divine.  

Join us as we release old patterns and return to the most aligned, resourced and connected aspects of our true nature on all levels of being- mind, heart, body and soul.

Aug 29:  Inwardness/Pnimiut (פְּנִימִיוּת)

Sept 5:  Surrender/ Bitul (בִּטּוּל)

Sept 12:  Shevarim/Brokenness (שברים‎)

Sept 19:  Return/ Teshuvah (תשובה)
